| Obverse description | The obverse bears the Public Seal of Niue as the central device, depicting a stylized native plant within a circular medallion surrounded by a zigzag decorative border, the whole flanked by an ornamental wreath of leaf motifs. Two crossed paddles appear beneath the central seal, below which a ribbon banner carries the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. A royal crown surmounts the composition at the top of the field. The denomination TEN DOLLARS is inscribed in a curved legend along the upper periphery, and the date 2023 appears along the lower periphery. |
