| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of His Majesty King Charles III facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and facial features. The legend CHARLES III runs vertically along the left periphery, with NIUE arched across the upper field and 10 DOLLARS descending along the right periphery. The date 2024 appears at the bottom of the coin between two round stops, and the engraver's initials JC are incised below the truncation. The entire design is framed by a beaded border along the inner rim. |

| Reverse description | A bold, highly sculptural close-up portrait of the crowned Czech heraldic lion dominates the field, rendered in striking high relief with richly textured fur and mane. The lion wears an ornate royal crown across the upper portion of the design, while a stylised geometric chevron motif — referencing the Czech national coat of arms — cuts diagonally across the lower left of the field. A partial rendering of a double-tailed lion's body with a raised paw is visible to the right, evoking the full Bohemian heraldic tradition. The legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA is inscribed in two lines within the lower-left field panel, and the fineness and weight designation 5oz Ag 999 curves along the lower right periphery. The Czech Mint mark CM appears twice in the lower field. |
