| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, rendered in high relief and encircled by a decorative wreath of oval links. The seal itself features a stylised floral motif surrounded by a beaded border, with the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcing around the inner ring. Above the seal rises a royal crown, while below two crossed implements rest on a scroll inscribed ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TEN DOLLARS arcs prominently along the upper periphery, and the date 2023 appears in large numerals at the base of the field. |
