Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue depicted centrally within a wreath of stylised foliage surmounted by a royal crown, with two crossed ceremonial clubs below. A scroll beneath the seal bears the legend ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TEN DOLLARS arcs along the upper field, while the date 2024 appears in the lower field, flanked by the fineness mark Ag999 to the right and the weight designation 5oz to the left. The entire design is framed by a continuous Greek key (meander) border encircling the coin's periphery.

Reverse description A high-relief depiction of an imperial Chinese dragon rendered in the tradition of Qing dynasty medallion art, inspired by an original Chinese medallion of that period. The dragon is shown frontally with its head at centre, jaws open and fangs bared, surrounded by elaborate swirling mane and flame motifs. Its scaled, sinuous body coils outward to both sides against a background of stylised auspicious clouds. The creature clutches a flaming pearl in its lower claws, a classic symbol of imperial power and wisdom in Chinese iconographic tradition. The entire composition fills the field without any inscriptions, executed in antiqued finish to evoke the patina of ancient bronze medallions.
