| Obverse description | The rhombus-shaped obverse features a central oval colored insert depicting the Holy Spirit window from St. Peter's Basilica — Gian Lorenzo Bernini's celebrated Cathedra Petri glory window — rendered in warm amber and golden hues with a dove in radiant light at center. Surrounding the insert, elaborate high-relief sculpted clouds and angelic figures populate all four quadrants of the field in a Baroque manner. The denomination '10 DOLLARS' appears in relief to the left, flanked by a winged figure, while the Coat of Arms of Palau is displayed to the right accompanied by the legend 'REPUBLIC OF PALAU' and 'RAINBOW'S END'.
