Obverse description The rhombus-shaped obverse features a central oval colored insert depicting the Holy Spirit window from St. Peter's Basilica — Gian Lorenzo Bernini's celebrated Cathedra Petri glory window — rendered in warm amber and golden hues with a dove in radiant light at center. Surrounding the insert, elaborate high-relief sculpted clouds and angelic figures populate all four quadrants of the field in a Baroque manner. The denomination '10 DOLLARS' appears in relief to the left, flanked by a winged figure, while the Coat of Arms of Palau is displayed to the right accompanied by the legend 'REPUBLIC OF PALAU' and 'RAINBOW'S END'. The date '2011' is inscribed at the lower point of the rhombus.

Reverse description The rhombus-shaped reverse depicts a detailed high-relief panoramic view of St. Peter's Square and Basilica in Vatican City, with the colonnade of Bernini visible to the left and the iconic dome and facade of the Basilica di San Pietro rendered in fine architectural detail to the right. A central oval colored insert, shared with the obverse design, reproduces the luminous stained-glass effect of the Holy Spirit window with a dove amid radiating golden light. In the lower field, the crossed Keys of Saint Peter are rendered in relief against the cobblestone piazza. The curved legend 'BASILICA SANCTI PETRI' arcs across the upper portion of the field in incuse lettering.
