| Obverse description | Central field features the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Palau — a heraldic shield depicting a sea god bearing a trident flanked by a mermaid, with a star and crescent above, set against a vivid green colored background. Above the shield, a traditional Palauan canoe is depicted in the upper field. The legend REPUBLIC OF PALAU arcs above the central device, with RAINBOW'S END inscribed on a banner within the shield and the denomination 10$ appearing below. The outer border carries the inscriptions GREAT CONSPIRACIES arcing across the top and NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM across the bottom, set within an elaborately milled and patterned rim. |

| Additional information |
Palau has issued novelty bullion under its licensing agreements with foreign minting houses since the 1990s, producing themed collector pieces with no domestic circulation function whatsoever. The "Area 51" issue is part of a broader wave of pop-culture silver rounds dressed as sovereign coinage — legal tender by technicality, collectible by design, and bullion by function. The $10 face value bears no relationship to Palau's actual monetary system, which operates on the US dollar.
