Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse carries a central vignette of five prominent Canadians associated with Confederation and national identity, arranged in a group portrait rendered in intaglio in violet and blue tones against a fine guilloche underprint. At left, an architectural vignette of a Gothic-style parliamentary window appears in green iridescent ink within a transparent polymer window, flanked by the word CANADA in large letterpress at top centre.
