Obverse description Predominantly blue and yellow intaglio print over a multicolour guilloche underprint, with ascending red and black serial numbers. Reverse description Predominantly red intaglio print over a multicolour guilloche underprint. The central vignette presents the Elbow Reef Lighthouse at Hope Town with a foreground group of flamingoes (Phoenicopteridae sp.), while a further flight of flamingoes appears in the upper right field. The Coat of Arms of the Bahamas is situated at lower left, a segmented security thread bearing the denomination runs at upper centre, and a see-through registration device is at upper right.
