Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse is dominated by a large vignette of a Bell dragonet fish (Synchiropus bellus) rendered in fine intaglio detail at centre-right, set against a rocky reef underprint in soft blue and violet tones. The upper left carries the large numeral '10' and the 'Fiji' country name in bold lettering, with the Fijian coat of arms printed in the upper right corner. A Governor's signature appears below the central inscription 'This Note is Legal Tender in Fiji for TEN DOLLARS', with the legend 'GOVERNOR RESERVE BANK OF FIJI' beneath, and a traditional Fijian tanoa bowl vignette to the lower left with the caption 'I Buburau ni Bete'.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse presents a vignette of the historic Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva at centre, rendered in fine line engraving with vintage automobiles in the foreground, set within a multi-tonal blue and violet guilloche underprint. To the left, a secondary landscape vignette depicts Joske's Thumb, the distinctive volcanic pinnacle rising above a coastal lagoon fringed with palm trees. The denomination 'TEN DOLLARS' is inscribed along the lower border, with the country name 'FIJI' in large serif lettering across the top and numeral '10' repeated at upper right and lower left.
