Commenti	Australia's polymer banknote program, developed jointly by the Reserve Bank and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation through the 1980s, made the country the first in the world to issue a full circulating polymer series — the $10 being among the earlier denominations converted. Note Printing Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank, handled production entirely domestically throughout this run. The signature combinations span four governor-secretary pairings across thirteen years, with the 2006 transition reflecting Glenn Stevens replacing Macfarlane mid-series. Ken Henry's name appears across three of the four signature variants, an unusually long tenure for a Secretary to the Treasury.
