Obverse description Printed in teal and olive tones, the obverse centres on an intaglio vignette of a sable antelope at left, set within a guilloché-patterned oval bearing the promise-to-pay text in copperplate script. The Reserve Bank of Rhodesia circular seal with the Salisbury inscription appears at centre, with the Rhodesian coat of arms at right, the date "SALISBURY, 1ST MARCH, 1976" and the Governor's facsimile signature at lower centre. The denomination "$10" is repeated at all four corners, with the serial number printed in red at left and lower right.
