Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is printed in black intaglio on an orange and pink guilloche underprint, with portrait vignettes of two bank officers — one at the left and one at the right — framed within oval borders. The centre carries an ornate numeral panel with the denomination 10 rendered in interlocking guilloche work, flanked by the bank title THE DOMINION BANK in bold letterpress across the top. The place and date of issue, TORONTO, 2ND JAN. 1935, appear above the central vignette, with TWO FACSIMILE SIGNATURES of bank officers printed below.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is printed entirely in orange, dominated by a large central vignette of a cartographic map of Canada, rendered in fine engraved detail and occupying the majority of the note's face. Circular lathe-work numeral medallions bearing the value 10 are positioned at the left and right flanks, enclosed within ornate guilloche borders. The bank title THE DOMINION BANK runs across the top, with TEN DOLLARS along the bottom and the printer's imprint CANADIAN BANK NOTE COMPANY, LIMITED in small text beneath.
