The central vignette, executed in fine line engraving, presents a classical female allegorical figure seated before an industrial harbour scene with a steam locomotive and ships in the background. The denomination numeral '10' is repeated in guilloche panels at left and right, with 'TEN DOLLARS' in letterpress at the foot of the note. |
