Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is dominated by a large central vignette of a four-pointed white rhombus within a circular guilloche medallion, set against an elaborate interlaced decorative framework of traditional Mongolian scrollwork in red and blue. Four large pastel circular underprint elements occupy the corners and mid-fields, with denomination numerals "10" and the legend "TEN DOLLARS" appearing in the lower centre. Classical Mongolian script inscriptions appear at left and right, accompanied by a fine geometric border pattern throughout.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse bears a serial number in the upper centre, above a composition of three large circular guilloche medallions in teal, green, and orange, arranged across the note's width on a pale underprint. Two circular "10 DOLLARS" medallions flank the design at left and right. Vertical columns of traditional Mongolian script run along both side borders, with additional script text panels distributed across the central field and lower register, all framed by an ornate scrollwork border in blue and red.
