| 备注 |
The Ta-Ching Government Bank was established by imperial edict in 1905, intended to function as a central bank for the Qing dynasty during its final, faltering modernization push. This 10 Dollar note belongs to a series issued in the years immediately before the 1911 Revolution ended the dynasty entirely, making the bank's entire note-issuing program effectively short-lived. The bank was restructured into the Bank of China in 1912.
The A71 series carries multiple variety designations distinguished primarily by branch of issue — the "C" suffix places this among notes payable at a specific branch office rather than representing a design change. Branch-designated notes from this issuer tend to appear far less frequently than the main Peking issues.
