Obverse description Green and black intaglio-printed note with large numeral '10' rosettes at the left and right corners over an intricate guilloche underprint. The upper central field carries a pastoral vignette of cattle grazing before a farmhouse in a rural landscape, with the bank title 'THE BANK OF OTTAWA' arcing across the top. The date 'June 1st 1906' appears at lower right, a manuscript Presidential signature occupies the lower centre, and the American Bank Note Co., Ottawa imprint runs along the bottom margin.
