10 Dirhams - Moulay al-Hasan I

正面描述	The obverse features an elaborate calligraphic composition in Arabic script, entirely filling the field in the Maghrebi tradition. A central circular medallion contains the Hijri date 1299 surmounted by additional Arabic legends, framed by a raised ring. The surrounding annular field is densely filled with flowing thuluth-style Arabic inscription in multiple registers, separated by ornamental lozenge devices at the cardinal points. The entire design is bordered by a fine toothed or beaded rim. The inscription records the denomination, its legal status, and the mint authorization, in the name of Sultan Moulay al-Hasan I.
