| Obverse description | Central field features a six-pointed star (Seal of Solomon) enclosed within a circular beaded border, surrounded by an eight-pointed geometric rosette with interlaced arabesque ornamental panels. The AH date 1313 appears within the central medallion beneath the star. An Arabic circular legend is inscribed in the surrounding panels, detailing the denomination, weight, mint city of Berlin, and the regnal year, all rendered in fine calligraphic script characteristic of the Alaoui Sharifian coinage of Sultan Abd al-Aziz. |
