| Obverse description | The quartered coat of arms of Andorra is displayed centrally on a heraldic shield, featuring in the first quarter a mitre and crosier on a crosshatched field, in the second quarter vertical bars on a stippled field, in the third quarter vertical bars on a plain field, and in the fourth quarter a passant bull on a stippled field. The shield is set within a circular raised legend in Latin reading around the full circumference of the coin. The engraver's initials MFC appear in the lower field beneath the shield. |
