| 正面描述 | The crowned coat of arms of Andorra is displayed to the left of the field, surmounted by a mural crown and quartered with the heraldic charges of the co-princes. To the right, a five-line inscription in the field identifies the issuing authority. The denomination '10 D.' appears in large characters in the lower centre, with the date '1992' below. The design is rendered in high relief against a mirror-like proof field. |

Andorra's coinage authority in the early 1990s leaned heavily on wildlife and ecclesiastical themes to generate collector revenue — the principality had no domestic currency tradition to speak of, and these silver issues were never intended for circulation. Joan Martí i Alanis, the Episcopal Co-Prince from 1971 until his death in 2009, lent his name to several of these programs as the ecclesiastical half of Andorra's unusual dual-monarchy structure, in which the Bishop of Urgell and the French President jointly share sovereign authority.
