The bank title in Arabic script appears in a ruled panel at upper right, with the denomination in Arabic letters at centre right, and two facsimile signatures with titles in Arabic at lower left dated 7.11.1994, accompanied by a vertical guilloche border strip along the left edge. |

The background is composed of a dense multicolour mosaic underprint of Arabesque and geometric panels interspersed with microtext. Denomination numerals '10' appear at all four corners, with the bank title in French at top and 'DIX DINARS' in bold at the bottom. |
