Beschrijving voorzijde	The face is printed in violet and multicolour tones on an intricate guilloche underprint, with Arabic text at centre reading the denomination and bank name. A decorative sunburst vignette occupies the right panel, surrounded by ornate geometric border patterns. The serial number and fraction prefix appear at lower left and upper right, with a signature at lower centre.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is engraved in violet, centred on a large intaglio vignette of a winged Assyrian bull (lamassu) with a standing Assyrian priest to its right, rendered in fine recess-engraved detail. To the left, a circular guilloche panel bears the numeral '10' over the word 'Dinars'. The English bank name 'Central Bank of Iraq' arcs across the top, with 'Ten Dinars' in a cartouche at foot.
