Beschrijving voorzijde	The State emblem of Kuwait at upper centre-right, with a traditional dhow vignette rendered in fine guilloche linework to its right. An intaglio vignette of the National Assembly building occupies the centre-left, set against a multicolour geometric underprint in red, orange, and gold tones. Arabic inscriptions include the bank name بنك الكويت المرزكي at top and the denomination عشر دنانير at lower centre, with two manuscript signatures and their titles at right.

Beschrijving keerzijde	A close-up intaglio portrait of a Saker falcon occupies the right half of the note, its plumage rendered in fine engraved detail against a large numeral 10 in red. A camel vignette appears in the centre as a lighter tonal underprint, accompanied by stylised arabesque scroll elements in blue and gold. The English bank name CENTRAL BANK OF KUWAIT and the denomination TEN Dinars in italic script are inscribed across the upper and lower centre fields.
