| Obverse description | The Tunisian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a shield bearing a galley ship above a lion passant, flanked by laurel branches and surmounted by a crescent and star emblem. The legend RÉPUBLIQUE TUNISIENNE arcs along the upper periphery in Latin script, while the denomination 10 DINARS appears in large characters along the lower portion of the field. Decorative ornamental devices flank the denomination on either side. The design is struck in high relief against a polished proof field. |
