| 正面铭文 | СФР ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА 29 · XI · 1943 SFR JUGOSLAVIJA (Translation: Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia 29 · XI · 1943 Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) |
| 背面描述 | The large numeral '10' dominates the central field, surrounded by a circular legend in multiple languages denoting the denomination — in Cyrillic (ДИНАРА, ДИНАРИ) and Latin (DINARA, DINARJEV) — separated by raised dots and arranged in a continuous band. The FAO motto FIAT PANIS arcs across the upper portion of the legend. Two stylized wheat stalks flank the central numeral on either side. The mint year 1976 appears at the base of the inner legend, with the FAO acronym inscribed prominently along the lower rim. |

Issued as part of the FAO's ongoing push in the 1970s to use coinage as a vehicle for agricultural awareness campaigns, this piece belongs to a wave of commemorative circulation strikes produced by dozens of nations at the FAO's request. Yugoslavia's participation reflected Tito's careful positioning of the country as a leader among non-aligned nations — agricultural self-sufficiency was a political statement as much as a policy goal.
The nickel brass alloy chosen here was relatively new to Yugoslav coinage at this point in the series.
