| 备注 |
The Cruzeiro Novo was introduced on 13 February 1967 as part of a monetary reform that lopped three zeros off the old cruzeiro — one Cruzeiro Novo equalling 1,000 cruzeiros. Rather than wait for freshly printed stock, the Banco Central expedited circulation by overprinting existing ABNC-printed 10,000 cruzeiro notes (P#182B). The overprint was a stopgap, and the number of signature combinations across more than 2,200 series reflects how long that stopgap actually lasted.
Delfim Netto's name appears across two separate signature pairings — he outlasted two ministerial counterparts during the note's overprinted run.
