To the left, a large circular guilloche vignette encloses the Cyrillic monogram РСФСР within an ornate rosette underprint, flanked by vertical columns reading Государственный Банк (State Bank). The lower portion bears the year 1922, printed management signatures of the State Bank, and a bilingual text block confirming the gold-backing standard and redemption terms. |
