| Reverse description | The denomination 10 Cent. is prominently displayed in large characters at the centre of the field, with the essai inscription ESSAI placed immediately below. The central denomination is framed above and below by stylised geometric ornamental panels featuring angular meander-like motifs of East Asian inspiration, enclosed within a rectangular border. Diamond-shaped pellets punctuate the inner border at regular intervals, and the entire design is contained within a beaded outer circle, giving the reverse a distinctly Art Deco character. |
