Reverse description The large bold numeral '10' dominates the centre of the reverse, with horizontal engine-turned line engraving filling the interior of the digits. The denomination 'CENTS' is inscribed in capital letters directly below the numeral. A circular dotted inner border separates the central device from the outer legend 'COMMISSIONERS OF CURRENCY MALAYA', which runs around the upper and lateral periphery. The date, flanked by decorative floral ornaments, appears at the bottom of the field. A beaded border surrounds the entire reverse design.
