Reverse description Central depiction of the celebrated Canadian fishing schooner Bluenose under full sail, rendered in fine relief against a plain field. The vessel, built in Nova Scotia and renowned as an undefeated racing schooner, has appeared on the Canadian dime since 1937, designed by Emanuel Hahn. The country name CANADA arcs along the upper legend, while the denomination 10 CENTS is inscribed along the lower periphery, with the date 1968 positioned to the left of the vessel and the mint mark H appearing to the right.
