| Reverse description | A superb lyrebird in three-quarter view occupies the central field, rendered in exceptional detail by designer Stuart Devlin, with the bird's characteristically elaborate tail feathers — including lyre-shaped plumes and fine filamentary feathers — fanning dramatically across the field. The large numeral 10 is prominently displayed in the left-centre of the design, partially overlaid by the lyrebird's plumage, conveying the denomination with bold typographic clarity. The bird's taloned feet are visible at the lower centre, anchoring the composition. The designer's initials SD appear in small raised letters at the lower right of the design. The field is otherwise free of legend, with the denomination serving as the sole inscription. |
