Описание лицевой стороны	Olive-brown note with an ornate guilloche border enclosing a central vignette of a stylised Indochinese mythological creature — a winged, multi-headed beast rendered in a traditional decorative idiom — with the denomination numeral '10' repeated in circular cartouches at upper left and right. A beaded underprint medallion at centre carries the inscription '10 CENTS', flanked by facsimile signatures of the Trésorier Général and the Directeur des Finances. The lower panel bears the legend 'DIX CENTS' in bold letterpress, with the designer's credit 'PHAM-NGOC-KHUE' and the printer's imprint 'IDEO – HANOI' in the bottom margin.
