| Obverse description | Yellow-green guilloche border frames the note on all sides. The colonial arms vignette appears at upper centre, flanked by the issuer title in bold letterpress. At lower left, a circular underprint displays the denomination "10 CENTS"; a serial number and prefix letter are printed in black at lower centre, accompanied by a manuscript signature with the title "Ag. Treasurer" to the right. Chinese and Jawi script characters appear along the left and right margins respectively. |
