| Obverse description | Printed entirely in red on buff card stock, the obverse is divided into three horizontal bands formed by dotted oval and rectangular geometric frames. The central band carries the large denomination numeral and text '10 CENTIMS' in bold letterpress, flanked above and below by the issuing authority's name within matching dotted cartouches. The overall layout is austere and typographic, consistent with wartime emergency issue printing. |
