| Beschrijving voorzijde | Typeset letterpress printing on pale buff card stock in black ink throughout, with no pictorial vignette or decorative border. The issuer's name 'GRAN METRO C. N. T.' appears in large bold capitals across the upper field, with the serial prefix and numeral centred below and the denomination '10 Céntimos' immediately beneath. The lower portion carries a validating legend in a smaller italic typeface, and the left edge bears a perforation consistent with separation from a counterfoil booklet. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is entirely unprinted on the same pale buff card stock as the obverse, bearing no text, imagery, or decorative elements of any kind. Gran Metro C.N.T. was the anarcho-syndicalist-controlled Barcelona metro system during the Civil War years, when the CNT collectivized transport infrastructure across Catalonia following the July 1936 uprising. These small-denomination transit tokens in paper form were produced to address the near-total disappearance of small coin from circulation — a chronic problem across Republican Spain as silver and copper were hoarded almost immediately after the war began.
The AL reference places this within Andreu/Llistosella's catalog of Catalan Civil War emergency issues, a category numbering in the hundreds across municipalities, unions, and collectivized enterprises. The CNT transport issues are among the more historically legible survivals from that period of worker self-management.
