The face value «0,10» appears in small frames at each of the four corners, while the central field carries the full legend identifying this as a wartime emergency issue (bon de guerre) for the region of Péronne, dated 2 September 1915. A black-ink control commission stamp and five manuscript signatures of the Commission de contrôle authenticate the note, with a serial number printed in the lower portion of the central panel. |
