The denomination '0,10' appears in oval frames at the upper left and upper right corners, while the bold centrepiece legend 'DIX CENTIMES' is set in large display type. The body of the note carries dense typeset text listing the names of the 70 guaranteeing communes and the terms of the second emission of 2,000,000 Francs, reimbursable six months after the signing of peace. A circular control stamp of the Commission de contrôle is applied in the lower left area, accompanied by several manuscript signatures, with the series and serial number printed at the foot. |
