Reverse description Three heraldic shields of the Belgian provinces arranged around the central hole — the shield of Brabant (lion) at top center, the shield of Flanders (lion) at lower left, and the shield of Liège (horizontal bars with column) at lower right — executed in a bold Art Deco style by Oscar Jespers. The bilingual legend 'BELGIE-BELGIQUE' arcs along the upper periphery, with the denomination '10 C' prominently displayed in the lower field. The engraver's signature 'O. JESPERS' appears in small lettering beneath the denomination.
