Reverse description The central field displays a large five-pointed star with finely engraved sunburst rays radiating from each point and a granulated surface within the star's body, all centred on the round hole. Seven small five-pointed stars are evenly distributed around the lower periphery of the inner field. The denomination '10' appears to the upper left and 'C.ES.' to the upper right of the central star. The date '1888' is inscribed along the lower margin between the inner beaded border and the milled edge, flanked by the mint director's initial 'L' to the left and the engraver's initial 'W' to the right.
