| Obverse description | Central round hole surrounded by an ornate crowned royal monogram of King Albert I, composed of intertwined script initials set within an elaborate scrollwork cartouche flanked by decorative foliage. The legend KONINKRIJK BELGIE (Kingdom of Belgium) runs along the left and right periphery in Dutch. The date appears in the lower exergue. A small five-pointed star is positioned to the right of the legend near the rim. The design is executed in a refined Art Nouveau style with fine milled border. |

The denomination numeral 10 appears prominently to the right of the hole, with the abbreviation CEN below it. A small five-pointed star is positioned above the hole near the upper rim. The engraver's signature A. MICHAUX is inscribed in small letters along the lower field. The reverse is bordered by a continuous milled edge. |
