Beschrijving voorzijde	Typeset in dark ink on light green paper, the obverse is enclosed within a decorative rectangular border of chain-link and corner ornament motifs. The issuer name 'VILLE DE MASCARA' is set in bold letterpress type across the top, with the denomination '10c' repeated at each side flanking the central 'BON POUR' legend in large display letters. The authority reference 'Délibération du Conseil Municipal' appears in smaller roman type along the lower margin.
