| Obverse description | Plain copper field enclosed by a continuous beaded border. At centre, an open laurel wreath frames the denomination numeral '10' in large raised figures, with the word 'CENTESIMI' inscribed above it and 'PER' above that, all within the wreath. The date '1907' appears below the wreath at the base of the field, flanked by two small six-pointed stars.
