备注

The Mindanao Emergency Currency Board was one of several provincial and local bodies that printed guerrilla currency during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. These notes were produced to maintain a functioning local economy in areas under Filipino-American resistance control, deliberately kept out of Japanese hands and emphatically rejected by occupation-era military scrip.

The dotted border variant distinguishes this from otherwise similar issues in the S512 series — a subtle but cataloged difference that suggests sequential production runs under constrained printing conditions, where small design alterations marked new batches rather than new denominations.
