备注

Banco Nacional Ultramarino was the primary issuing authority for Portuguese colonial territories, and this 1914 note was almost certainly destined for one of those dependencies rather than metropolitan Portugal — the BNU held note-issuing rights across a sprawling network of colonies from Angola to Timor. Bradbury Wilkinson's involvement is unremarkable for the period; the London firm handled a significant share of colonial currency work for smaller issuers who lacked domestic printing infrastructure.

Pick 13 is thinly documented in most catalogs, with precise circulation territory not always specified. The 10 centavos denomination suggests a low-value fractional issue, which in 1914 often meant high circulation volume and correspondingly poor survival rates.
