A handwritten serial number appears in violet ink at left, and two manuscript signatures with printed role designations 'Member', 'Chairman' and 'Member' appear along the lower edge.

背面描述	The reverse is printed in black and carries an inverted redemption ledger table divided into columns headed 'PAPER' and 'COIN', each subdivided into 'DENOMINATION' and 'AMOUNT', with pre-printed denomination values ranging from 0.05 to 100.00. A certification legend reads 'HEREBY CERTIFY that the above statement of my collections covered by the same that the amount of P___ turned over by me to the Municipal Treasurer in the follo[wing]'. The entire reverse is oriented upside-down relative to the obverse.
