| Obverse description | Green and black intaglio-printed note with a guilloche border of repeated '10' numerals along the top edge. At right, a finely engraved vignette of a classical female head in profile wearing a winged helmet, rendered in detailed intaglio. The centre carries a red serial number, a circular red inspector's seal, and a bold denomination oval cartouche at lower left reading '0.10'. Handwritten script text occupies the centre field with the date '1º Enero de 1869', and the signatures of the Inspector and Presidente appear along the bottom margin. |

| Reverse description | Printed entirely in green, the reverse is dominated by a central oval vignette containing a portrait of an indigenous woman with long braided hair, set within an intricate guilloche frame. Flanking oval cartouches at left and right each bear the denomination '0.10', while ornate rosette and lathe-work panels fill the corners. A rectangular tablet at the bottom centre reads 'FUERTES', and the printer's imprint appears at the very foot of the note. |
