| Obverse description | Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III in high relief, set within a series of concentric rings decorated with small spheres evoking a planetary orbit motif. The legend REPUBLIC OF GHANA arcs along the upper left, with the denomination 10 CEDIS inscribed to the upper right. The name CHARLES III appears prominently along the lower arc.
