Beschrijving voorzijde	At right, an intaglio vignette of traditional Ghanaian carvings comprising a horned helmet, a sword, and a crocodile, enclosed within a star-shaped frame bearing the 'BANK OF GHANA' inscription. The denomination numeral '10' appears in guilloche-bordered panels at left and right, with the statutory legal tender legend printed across the upper centre. The date appears at lower left, with the Governor's signature below the central guilloche medallion.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is organised around a sweeping guilloche underprint in red and green tones, with four traditional Ghanaian carved figures positioned at left, upper centre, and right. The left vignette shows a warrior or horseman figure, the upper centre carries a bird atop a pedestal, the right bears a standing figure on a plinth, and a smaller carved figure appears at lower left. A decorative star device is placed at lower centre, flanking the denomination lettering.
