| Obverse description | Cast brass cash coin with a central square hole flanked by four Chinese characters in regular script (kaishu), arranged in cruciform reading order: top to bottom and right to left. The four ideograms composing the reign title legend 永曆通寶 (Yongli Tongbao) are boldly rendered in raised relief against a flat field. The characters are well-spaced around the central perforation, with the inner and outer rims clearly defined. The overall style is consistent with Southern Ming cast coinage of the mid-seventeenth century. |

| Reverse description | Plain flat field with a central square hole, bearing two Chinese characters in regular script (kaishu) in raised relief: one ideogram positioned above the square perforation and one below. The characters read 壹分 (Yi Fen), denoting a value equivalent to one fen of silver, serving as a denomination indicator. The inner and outer rims are well-defined, and the field is otherwise unadorned, consistent with Southern Ming cast auxiliary coinage conventions. |
